The hotel staff are friendly and well-trained, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are clean and appropriately decorated. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. We had a wonderful Easter weekend away and were really impressed with our stay! The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the city. They even provided a complimentary breakfast which was a great start to each day. The hotel was located close to public transportation and many restaurants, making it really easy for us to explore the area. , the staff were all friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
That the WiFi was a bit slow and we had some trouble connecting at times. However, it wasn't a major issue and we were still able to use it for basic internet browsing.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness, great facilities, and location in walking distance to the Vito Cruz LRT station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel is in a financially challenged neighborhood, but right next door to a cheap food market. It's a great place to stay, even for a short time in the city, as the airport is around 20 minutes away by taxi.
Nothing was perfect.

Spent Xmas holidays in a hotel that exuded a luxurious feel. the spacious rooms had a neutral and earth color scheme that was easy on the eyes. the hotel location was an advantage as it was easily accessible by public transportation. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
The limited dining options were a downside. the food was not consistent and could improve.
